Step 1?

1. Navigate to the URL http://tblrentcheck.org/Package1.pdf

2. Open or download the file from our Web Site.
Older browsers may ask you where to save your file! Click and save your document to your desktop.

(IMPORTANT : when you are finished filling out the form, you MUST save the form to your desktop and attach as a email to Info@tblrentcheck.org ) If you close the file before saving it somewhere on your computer the changes will be lost and you will have to fill the form over again!)

Step #2 Opening Files?

Our Forms document is password protected. After you have downloaded the document to your computer. Send us a email or give us a phone call. Additional screening and office security protocals allow us to keep your sensitive information safe. After we have screened your information we will email you a password to open your downloaded document.

Step #3 Fill our form.

Now that you have downloaded our forms and received a user generated password. You have two options on how to fill and send the form.

1. Fill out the form by hand and email or fax it back to our offices

2. Fill out the form by clicking the open highlighted fields then saving our form to your computer and emailing it back to us.

Step #4 Download Adobe Acrobat

This step is optional because you may already have a program that opens PDF files. But if you are not sure, you can download the program here from Adobes Secure and Safe downloads page.
