After you have contacted us, we will send you a package of forms that can be (1) filled in a PDF form (portable document format) or by

(2) printing our documents and faxing them back to us!

(a)Please read and complete the Service Agreement/Membership form. All information is required to ensure complicance with the FCRA (Fair Credit Reporting Act). Any missing information may delay the activation process.

(b) Please list the addresses of your ownership/business: Copy of the Property Tax statement or deed showing the ownership of the rental property, valid photo ID, and a copy of a blank voided deposit slip with the bank's phone number written on the copy. If applicable a copy of a Business or Professional Licenses.

(c) Schedule and comply with a initial "site inspection" requirement which may take 3-5 days . If your office is a commercial business then it is a one-time site inspection. But if your office is in your residence it is an annual site inspection.

Upon reciept of the Service Agreement and proof of ownership, business,etc, TBL RentCheck will contact our contracted inspectors to have them schedule a physical on-site inspection with you. Depending on their findings with the on-site inspection, your Service Agreemet may then be activated and a supply packet will be sent to you containing all the necessary forms to help you use our services more effectively.
